The casino consistently blocks your withdrawals, anything over £1000 comes up with a message you have to contact support for further verification (support is email only) it take between 2 and 4 days to get a generic response, that your account is verified and attempt the withdrawal again, my biggest wait was 7 full days until i could withdraw my money. I asked for an explanation on several occasions about the further verifications and was blanked. I have raised an official complaint with them and by their own terms and conditions, they will give an initial reply with 48 hours, 8 full days later..nothing.
