Denmark: regulation of online casinos
Work online casinos regulated by the Gambling Act (Gambling Act or Lov om spil; after — the Act). There is a partial state monopoly on certain entertainment types: lotteries, horse or dog racing, pigeon racing, and betting on random events.

The Gambling Department cooperates with the country's ministries to protect the rights of players and public interests.
