I registered a short while ago and was given 100% first deposit offer. I went through all the required wagerings and now I'm in the process of pending withdrawal. I have to wait for the approval for 48 hours which is much too long. They have excellent games collection, not all of them being accessible with bonus money, though.

The only complaint about this casino is that pending withdrawal takes too long.

I commenced playing in this casino and my account was growing though I didn't accept any bonuses. Then again I was given about 15 freespins which I definitely hadn't requested. Playing these unwanted freespins I certainly won a lot! Then I was told that all my money was bonus and that's why I got huge wagering requirements. I ended up with NO money at all. The chat wasn't helpful and they reproached me for not having contacted them directly. But if one doesn't accept a bonus isn't he supposed NOT to receive any bonus? Chat was terrible as well. I can't recommend this place to anybody.

According to terms and conditions for promotions I'm not eligible for whatever deposit bonus But the bonus was definitely there 100% when I went through registration and made the first deposit. My deposit amounted to 20 euro and so did the bonus. Playing slots you first use your money, not the bonus money. So did I and won about 450 euro. What the casino did was just confiscate my winnings sending me their email saying that I won using the bonus. Which is absolutely not true.
