Customer service is absolute shocking. Never known such an amateur company. Takes 5-7 days to get a reply back on the 24/7 live chat (don’t reply to emails and it’s more like 24 days wait to chat). Only verified my documents and spoke to responsible gamble because I got a message to speak to them and it restricted me playing any games or withdrawn my funds which also took 6 days for a reply and now 3 days later the same message has popped up again restricting me. I would stay well away from this amateur company as I will be once I get the chance to withdraw my funds when someone reply’s back to me in 2023 more than lightly with how long it takes them.
