Couldnt withdraw winnings first told had to deposit $50 in bitcoin then my withdrawl would be paid to account in ten miutes. Made several withdraw attempts to bitcoin, cash app, pay pal , bank, after 2hours still nothing then contacted support several times waited another 2 hours and then was told it was casino policy that 1%of withdrwa amount must be paid and in 5 minutes pending withdraw would be deposited to account directly to my account in 5 minutes reluctant especialy when I questioned support about them telling me once I deposited the $50 in bitcoin I would recive my withdraw and even saved and screen shot the entire conversation and upon showing support the still claimed that it was now nessessary that a 1% transaction fee must be made and I only had 20 hours to pay it or my winnings and withdraw would be deleted and lost. Was told to Trust support pleaded with them to cancell and lower amount so I could make transaction payment With A portion of Winnings was told couldnt system wont Cancell and only processess WIthdraw requests in order yet THEY will delete your winnings if fee isnt paid within 20hours what kind of bS scam are they getting away with and how are they taking money from people yet denying anything they Win FAirly With those funds they DepoSit. This is stealing how are they in business and how are they Allowed to dO This is there no regulating this type of business of lieing and cheaging cuStomers and stealing money???
