After I had been waiting so long for my withdrawal they said I had to wait 1-5 days more. According to them there was a technical problem the day I made my withdrawal. Looks like false excuse. I won 160 pounds and 450 pounds and made 2 withdrawals end of February and first days of March. I haven't received my winnings yet. I was talking and talking to them on their chat, I was sending them emails. But they want bank statements. Why? And none of them can explain me why the money hasn't been paid yet. This is so disappointing. All other withdrawals have been received, but not mine.

Beware, as they persistently require too much personal information besides standard ID on your cashout. It is very suspicious, I have no idea how this info will be used, and this is either a plan to make you give up the idea to withdraw your money or some kind of fraud scheme. I have never faced anything like this in other casinos that I’ve been playing for the previous 3 years. Find yourself a fair casino to play in, there are plenty of those.

The most awful place in the world! They fail to spot a simple 100 dollar deposit in their system. Gigadat verified they had it and they demanded picture of bank account as a proof. Then they demanded a bank statement for the whole month even though the transaction was at the beginning of the month. Chat service is the worst in the world, too. Go anywhere else but not there!
