Bad customer service. Could not withdraw my money and they did not want to give a reason for this. Scam!

This site is a total scam told me I needed to deposit money before I would withdraw the 300 that I had already won. Deposited the money and made it entirely through the huge playthrough with 380 dollars and then they said I wasn't eligible cause there was mixed playthrough's. The funny thing is there the ones who told me to cancel the withdraw and mixthe money in the first place!!!

I tried cashing out my win of $100 and the chat rep said for some reason I had to have a total balance of $200 before being allowed to cash out. So I spun some more got up and message in chat to make sure I had gone through my entire playthrough, chat agent said yes so I tried to withdrawal, within a day, cancelled(multiple accounts). Not true. I was told to submit again. So I did and within a day or two, withdrawal cancelled. I chatted again for the chat agent to tell me I hadn’t reached my play through…. I had as previously stated. So I was told once again to submit my withdrawal request and also I now have to deposit $35 too, so I do. That was on 4-13-22 and it’s now 5-16-22 and nothing. Every time I try to chat to get an update, I’m asked if I sent my documents in to banking. I have four times and then the agent will say you’ll have to contact back when banking is here, I try no change. So I chatted 5-13-22 and the agent tells me they haven’t received any of my stuff and I inform him I’ve emailed them four different times and he says banking will contact you today. Still haven’t heard a word.

However throughout this time I have won many times and every time I submit a withdraw, they have a reason to cancel the withdraw. I am currently up to $19,000.00 in my account and have a withdraw in for $1000. I went through all of the steps to get my withdraw, even gave my bank information when the representative called and congratulated me on my winnings and told me everything was approved. And now they are refusing to pay canceling my withdraw AGAIN
