I have submitted clear evidence, including official FIA documents and the difference between the provisional and the final classification, and have also pointed out contradictions in the operator's responses.
Kirolbet avoided responding to my arguments and simply told me to contact consumer protection.
Therefore, I have officially filed the case with the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ).

Kirolbet evitó responder a mis argumentos y simplemente me indicó que acudiera a consumo.
Por ello, he presentado el caso oficialmente ante la Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ).
Desde mi punto de vista, esta forma de actuar genera desconfianza y es perjudicial para el cliente. Recomiendo tener mucha precaución al apostar con Kirolbet y documentar bien cualquier incidencia.
