I have been a member of mBit Casino since 2016, and I cannot recommend this site to any players, especially when considering all of the other options
for reputable bitcoin/crypto casinos available.
After trying to self exclude my account for almost two years, which was only met with offers of free-spins, additional bonuses, and custom VIP package which I could create,
the only thing that was successful in closing my account, was asking for copies of our email / live chat correspondence. My account was disabled within the hour after this.
After this, mBit stopped all communication with me for the next week, and instructed live chat to do the same.
While looking into how to file a complaint (never have been in this position before) I realized in their terms of service, players from the United States were not allowed.
Two weeks after opening my account in 2016, I had to fully KYC verify using my passport, drivers license, utility bill, and screenshot of my IP. All of this was issued in
United States. I was approved and verified in less than an hour.
Couple years later, I needed to update my profile information, and when I tried to choose my country, I noticed the United States was not on the list of available countries.
I informed support of this, who responded with, "That's fine you can choose any other"
Their terms state that any withdrawal over 1 BTC is subject to additional verification and KYC procedure. I only made smaller amounts for withdrawals, so I can only
guess how it would have gone for anything larger than 1 BTC, after I was instructed to lie on my account, at the direction of Mbit.
When I signed up for my account, there was no checkbox to click which states "I agree to all terms and conditions" (You can see this using The Wayback Machine on Archives Website)
They still blame me for not knowing this information, and take no responsibility for causing me to unknowingly breach their terms of service.
They take no responsibility that their support is telling me to lie about the country I live in, removing any protection I may have thought I had playing here.
They also take no responsibility for breaching their own license agreement with Antillephone NV.
Do not make the same mistake I did, because if they are willing to use these unethical practices on me, you never know what else they might do to other players.

Nothing negative to mention, fair games actually, wanted to notice that as everywhere one mist read carefully all the terms and conditions. would be right to discuss terms and conditions with customer support to clear up rules which relate bonuses.
