When I signed up to this casino I was fully verified and had no problems with 3 of my withdrawals now iv been waiting 7 weeks for even just a reply to what's going on they want all Bank statements and other personal stuff witch is wrong I'm a fully grown adult and they no that with ID verification but yet want more verification even though iv been paid out before hand frustrated doesn't come close they need to sort it and pay out not only my winnings everyone else's definitely closing my account stay well clear!!

Terrible website, quick to take money but don’t pay out when you win! Absolute scammers I’ve had 2 withdrawals pending for the past 2 months they got all my documents what they asked for! Payed out no problem in the past withdrew £300 Monday 3 days later now asking me to upload documents and my withdraw is pending until documents are sorted which can take up to 72 hrs
I will be cancelling my account with them and going elsewhere

jungle spins are crooks. they owe me winnings of £18,080 which i withdrew on the 29th of april 2021 (today is the 29th of may) all my identification proof of funds ect have been given to them multiple times and given the all clear yet they still havent paid me my winnings. IBAS are no longer their ADR !
if you have any problems with this crooked company paying you eCOGRA (disputes@ecogra.org) will help you. i have just opened up a dispute with eCOGRA for (jungle spins) not paying out my winnings so watch this space ___

Complete joke of a company spent loads with them win and they don’t pay out documents verified paid out after a long 11 days then block my account and ask for more ID reported to the gambling commissioner and dispute with IBAS to fine out of IBAS they are not with them anymore next step I have to wait 8 weeks then I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT NOT A THREAT A PROMISE !!!!!!!!
