Terrible experience; I signed up a few days ago using the welcome bonus, which, unsurprisingly, was slow to be credited. I contacted Live Chat and they told me that before crediting the bonus they needed to carry out additional checks. Curious after that answer, I asked what kind of checks they needed to do. The reply? "We are not obliged to tell you the reason or what kind of checks we must carry out." Not a great first approach to the site, but now the worst part. After winning some money on HiBet I decided to withdraw it; the next day I checked and the withdrawal had been reversed. I checked the "Messages" section (at least that one is excellent) and the withdrawal had failed because, despite having validated my ID like any betting site, they needed me to send two selfies holding the ID in question and, as if that wasn't enough, to certify that I'm not a fugitive they also demanded proof of residence — a utility bill (but of course I have nothing in my name because I'm 19), a residence certificate, or my bank statement. I tried sending my mother's utility bill and of course it wasn't accepted; a residence certificate also wasn't accepted because it included both her and my name; my correct bank statement for the card I used to deposit was rejected as well. They insisted the bank statement wasn't acceptable because "it's a summary and not a bank statement, and the data are clearly altered." You can imagine everything was actually correct — they would simply have needed to scroll down further to see all my transactions, not to mention that I believe all this type of information should be private. As a last attempt I turned to Live Chat, apparently always handled by the same poor girl, who advised me to obtain proof of residence online from my municipality or the Italian state website; I managed to do that. Out of curiosity I also tried calling the customer service number listed online "available until 11 pm" but the number does not exist... jackpot! I also confirmed with Customer Care and indeed HiBet has no telephone support. In short, sorry for the long message, but I wanted to share my experience with this site which I personally will not top up again. Esperienza pessima; mi son iscritto qualche giorno fa usufruendo del bonus welcome, che manco a dirlo, ha tardato ad esser accreditato. Mi son così confrontato con la Chat Live che mi ha spiegato che prima di accreditare il bonus, avevano bisogno di fare degli ulteriori controlli. Dal momento in cui mi son sentito incuriosito dopo questa risposta, ho chiesto che tipo di controlli dovessero fare. Risposta? "Non siamo tenuti a dirle la motivazione e che tipo di controlli dobbiamo eseguire". Non male direi come primo approccio col sito, ma adesso arriva il bello. Dopo aver vinto dei soldi su HiBet ho dunque deciso di prelevarli, il giorno dopo controllo ed erano stati stornati. Verifico nell'apposita stringa "Messaggi" (almeno quella eccellente) e il prelievo non è andato a buon fine poiché nonostante avessero convalidato come ogni sito di scommesse il mio documento d'identità, avevano bisogno che mandassi due selfie con in mano il documento in questione e come se non bastasse, a certificare che non sono un latitante nè altro, mi hanno affermato di aver bisogno anche di una prova di residenza, ovvero bolletta (ma ovviamente non ho niente di intestato perché ho 19 anni), un certificato di residenza oppure il mio estratto conto bancario.
Nonostante ciò ho provato a mandare la bolletta a nome di mia madre ed ovviamente non è andata bene, un certificato di residenza ma non è andato bene perché oltre al nome mio c'era anche il suo e il mio estratto conto corretto della carta con la quale ho fatto il versamento. Si ostinavano a rispondere che l'estratto conto bancario non andava bene poiché "si tratta di un riepilogo e non di un estratto conto, e i dati son palesemente modificati". Vi lascio immaginare che fosse tutto corretto in realtà, bastava semplicemente scorrere più in basso e avrebbero avuto libero accesso ad addirittura tutti i miei movimenti, senza considerare che a mio avviso tutte queste tipologie di informazioni dovrebbero essere private.
Come ultima prova, ho deciso di affidarmi alla Live Chat gestita apparentemente sempre dalla stessa povera ragazza che mi ha consigliato di reperire una prova di residenza online tramite il sito del mio Comune o dello Stato italiano; preciso che ci son riuscito. Per curiosità ho anche provato a contattare il numero dell'assistenza clienti segnato su Internet "con orario di ricezione fino alle 23" ma il numero risulta inesistente.. tombola! Ho anche chiesto conferma al Customer Care ed effettivamente i HiBet è sprovvisto di assistenza telefonica.
Insomma, mi scuso per essermi dilungato così tanto, ma ci tenevo a farvi avere la mia esperienza con questo sito sul quale, personalmente, non ricaricherò più.
