They have a customer hotline but they don’t have online chat, that is definitely better it’s because it is just one mouse click away. According to the statement located on their site payout may take up to ten working days, I don’t know if this is just a pure luck but it happened to me only once, usually I get my withdrawals in one or two days.

Stargames have plenty of Novomatics. No more good things to say about them.

I deposited 160EU and won up to 2200EU. With every winning I had to wager more due to the Bonus. I could get rid of it only by losing all the money. I didn't manage to wager the bonus. I got only an automatic answer after contacting support three times. No help from them. Don't get involved with Stargames. I deposited 500EU and received no withdrawals. This is my first winning on this site. Wagering and withdrawals are impossible.

The scam in disguise is hidden in bonus conversion, there is no possibility for you to wager it.
My warm-up deposit was 50EU, which were doubled by a bonus. I burned the first fifty with no luck and winnings and when things came to bonus balance funds I suddenly won several times in a row and my balance rocketed to more than 1k EU. After that I looked up the wager and discovered that it hasn’t converted a single EU. I summoned support operator for help and he told me that only the real money could be used for wagering, and bonus money I used just added the wager.

Novo games here are my favorite, and I only whish that Netent games will be added the sooner the better, then it will be complete perfection. Another thing that is not less important is fast payments, and StarGames has nothing to be blamed for, I have never faced any kind of problems of delays here.

No online chat? Guys, that’s unacceptable! People want their questions to be answered right away, nobody wants to write e-mails and wait for answers or make telephone calls.
