This casino is a joke. they keep you uninformed saying complete nonsense. It's already fourth day of pending but I'm still getting utter rubbish from them. Believe it or no what but they say lost all my ID documents. That's b*******.

I've received an email from Europaplay recently. There was one deposit free bonus code with $100 in it. It said this was given me to test their slots. I joined Europaplay using this code and I was surprised to get only five euros, so I reached the customer support service they said that it was wrong email and they give only 5 euros. I think that's the most horrible promotion from this casino. P.S. Having a male proof I sent it to support@europaplay.com but that email was ignored and nobody answered.

They are frauds! Stupid customer service staff! Slowest withdrawal process ever. They give you bonuses and use to freeze your money. They must leave their games for the casino, which will be able to provide better support service. I was fool to play here. Plenty of other casinos are much better than this one.
