Hello my name is Jani and i am from sweden.

I use(d) Schnellwetten for betting, but not ever again.
I had €200 in my account and next time i log in to my
account my balance is - €374 (Minus, Negative)

I look at transactions and see - €157,50 and - €417.50 within 1 minutes " previous winnings deducted from account "
I normally deposits 20-30€ so what is this? Almost €600 winnings and why have
i ever notify such large amounts in my account, i should see that kind of money quite easy when
my balance rarely is over €100.

I ask support why my account have negative balance? Good question and
10-15 email from different people with different stories about my money.

Then i Realize its total chaos there, lots of payouts its wrong and people who lost
got winnings. In 20 years not seen something like this, real amateurs.

They explained why they credited me €574, They pay out too much to me for the match : "Germany - Portugal"
so they took it back and put my account -374 without saying anything.
I 2-3 days later and i wonder how i can i have -374 when i had €200 in my account.

So i got too much winnings for Germany-Portugal support says, the only problem is that
i had 2 losing bets on that game for totally €320 and not a winning.

.
So i lost €320 on the match €574 more because Schnellwetten says i got too much paid out.
Now i lost almost €900 instead of €320 on that match,

I asked support how its possible that i won too much when i lost, Support answers :
we are not going to tell what matches we have paid wrong to me and how they calculated
the total of €574 i owe then because thats secret manager tells me.

Hey Shnellwetten i know why you don't tell! It's because you dont know, massive amounts of bets on several
matches is totally wrong. Winnings paid out to losing bets. Schnellwetten says its Germany match
but i see other matches thats wrong.

Swedish match that ended under 9.5 Corners got payouts for
some players who bet on over 9.5 Corners. The problem is they have so much problems
that they can't find all of them.

Now people tells me about more matches with wrong payouts and winning bets ended
losing, its like selective scam that the company does or employers there.

Never again i use Schnellwetten ! Customer care is a big joke, i was happy with €200 in my account
because its much money for me i got robbed and had -374€ instead.

I have not in 20 years of online betting never experience something like this and with a support with zero
knowledge and answers with standard copy and paste answers all the time and Chaos.
