I went to log into lucky 8 and for some reason my account was blocked, I have money still in my account. I have emailed and phoned the # supplied and no answer from either. Needless to say i am not very happy.

Site sounded great and the promise of next day processing of withdrawals was my main reason for joining. Then I won and a week later, I am still getting jerked around by their system. They suddenly need documents galore and declined the most valid for Canada. They promised that submitted documents would be reviewed right away and if anything was wrong with them, I would receive an email to correct the problem. I did not hear anything, and email several times. Today on chat they told me they had refused some documents and it would take 2-3 days to review and then up to 5 days to be in my account. That is a THREE WEEK processing time frame. If they can't look at a form and accept or decline in 5 minutes there is something profoundly wrong with their employees. They could send an e-transfer and I would receive it in minutes but I am in limbo and pissed. $1000.00 sitting there and I can't get my money!!!

These sleazy guys tweak the win rate of machines if luck is on your side and you are winning. Recently I found mentioning that Lucky 8 was prohibited in France, but how it could be even possible.

My account was limited, I guess it is because my win rate was higher than they supposed it to be. Because of this I had warning messages popping up in the middle of the game. Withdrawal period was increased three of four times and because of this a line of pending withdrawals accumulated. I have a suggestion that this is the war of attrition tactic that was supposed to make me cancel the withdrawals and then lose them. They are very persistent in their urge not to pay you anything and this is what I warn you about.
That’s why I sacrificed nearly 20eu on my account and deleted it to get rid of this and headed to the Cresus Casino after, only to face the same dirty tricks.
